Brynn brings a decade of experience from top global management consulting firms Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Bain & Company, and AMS Planning & Research, where she honed her expertise in data-backed, people-driven strategy.
Brynn partners with a wide range of nonprofits and social enterprises, supporting leadership teams as they:
- Consider new programs or expansions
- Identify strategies to overcome structural deficits
- Restructure their people and processes to match current realities
Whether an organization is launching, growing, or changing, Brynn helps leaders set up their business models and operations to effectively sustain their missions. Her rigorous business expertise and deep commitment to mission delivery have made her a sought-after partner for clients across the US, Canada, and UK.
Brynn currently serves on the Board of Directors for Landforce and the New Hazlett Theater, as well as the Volunteer & Ambassador Council for PA Women Work. She has a Masters in Management from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, a Business Analytics Specialization from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School, and a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music.
Outside of work, she is a passionate community volunteer, traveler, pianist, and marathoner. She lives in Pittsburgh, PA with her husband, Callum – a professor at Carnegie Mellon University.
