Brynn is a strategic advisor with a decade of experience consulting across nonprofit, public, and private sectors. Previously a Senior Manager of Strategy, Transformation, and Operations at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Brynn has engaged with C-Suites across large-scale business planning and capacity building programs. She began her career at AMS Planning & Research, where she worked with nonprofit, foundation, university, and government leaders on data-backed, people-driven strategy.
Brynn now proudly serves as an independent consultant for mission-driven organizations across sectors – from foster care to workforce development, performing arts, education, aging, food justice, and more. She is known for her unique blend of creativity and pragmatism, and uses a relationship-first approach to drive clarity and impact.
Brynn currently serves on the Board of Directors for Landforce, Board of Directors for the New Hazlett Theater, and Volunteer & Ambassador Council for PA Women Work. She has a Masters in Management from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management, a Business Analytics Specialization from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School, and a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music.
Outside of work, she is a passionate community volunteer, traveler, pianist, and marathoner. She lives in Pittsburgh, PA with her husband, Callum – a professor at Carnegie Mellon University.
